POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains timely records of materials in inventory and kitting of orders. Monitors and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
Schedule: 5:00am - 1:30pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, and assisting in resolving issues.
- May lead, guide, and train other employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Database management skills.

- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
