Product Strategy & Vision :

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company strategy
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and competitive insights
  
  

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers
• Establish best practices for product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management
• Foster a customer-centric, data-driven product culture
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Act as the primary product voice for internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization
• Define success metrics and track product performance (KPIs, OKRs)
• Make informed trade-off decisions to balance scope, quality, time, and cost
  
  

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

• Present product strategy and performance to executive leadership
• Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering successful products at scale
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in agile or lean product development environments
