Job Description
Looking for an experienced DevOps Lead who can build, manage, and own complete infrastructure from scratch. The role requires strong hands-on skills along with team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage complete DevOps infrastructure from scratch
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Handle cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Lead and mentor a DevOps team with 34+ years of experience
- Take full ownership of DevOps activities and delivery
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with development and product teams
- Monitor applications and infrastructure health
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- ELK Stack
- Terraform (IaC)
- Ansible
- Git & GitHub
- Jenkins
- Docker
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Strong cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Proven experience in building and managing infrastructure
- Experience in development and setup from scratch
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Good communication and coordination skills
Mandatory Requirement
- Must be able to independently handle and own DevOps setup from scratch
- Must have hands-on experience in infrastructure building and management
