The Systems Coordinator is a part-time (20 hours/week) member of the Technology team focused on maintaining data integrity across our systems, with primary responsibility for new hire onboarding data management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to identify and escalate data discrepancies.
This position reports to the Director of Systems.
Schedule
Thursday, Friday, and Monday (16-20 hours per week)
Core working hours align with new hire onboarding processes
Core Responsibilities
Process and validate new hire data from Avature into various systems
Maintain and update new hire master grid
Perform system updates for employee data including:
- Name updates and corrections
- Login assistance
- Courses & Trainings updates
- Service code synchronization
- Employee number management
Update and maintain various system rosters and grids
Monitor data integrity across systems and flag discrepancies
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills Required
Strong Excel proficiency with focus on data validation and cleaning
Demonstrated attention to detail in handling complex datasets
Experience in identifying and documenting data inconsistencies
Ability to maintain organized records and follow detailed procedures
Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments
Self-disciplined: approaches work with consistency, reliability, and punctuality
Experience with CentralReach, Litmos, or Avature is a plus but not required

Education:
High School Diploma required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Systems Experience
Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Preferred but not required: Experience with CentralReach, Litmos, or Avature
