Job Title
Intensivist | ICU Consultant (0-5 Years)
About the Role
Straffing AI is hiring Intensivists on behalf of a reputed multi-location hospital network with advanced ICU infrastructure and a strong focus on high-acuity patient care.
This is an on-ground ICU consultant role involving direct clinical responsibility, multidisciplinary coordination, and leadership in critical care delivery.
Locations
📍 Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh
📍 Shibsagar, Assam
📍 Bengaluru
Compensation: 3 Lakhs per month
(Compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and location)
Experience Required
- 0-5 years of ICU / Critical Care experience
- DrNB/DM/IDCCM or MD/DNB & strong ICU exposure candidates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Consultant Intensivist with ICU admission and patient management responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end clinical care for critically ill patients
- Perform and supervise ICU procedures
- Coordinate with super-specialists, nursing teams, and hospital administration
- Participate in quality initiatives, audits, and academic activities as required
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Eligibility / Qualifications
OR
MD / DNB in:
- General Medicine
- Anaesthesiology (with ICU exposure)
- Critical Care / Emergency Medicine
- Additional critical care training (IDCCM / FCCM) is a plus, but not mandatory
