Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intensivist based in Kodambakkam. The Intensivist will oversee the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Responsibilities include managing critical care interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the highest level of care, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. The role requires thorough knowledge of advanced medical procedures and fostering a patient-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing
- Experience in Medicine and Anesthesiology
- Expertise in Pulmonology and respiratory care
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- MD ( Anaesthesiology) / IDCCM in relevant medical specialties with additional certifications in critical care (if applicable)
- A minimum of relevant work experience in an ICU or high-dependency clinical setting
