Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Intensivist role located in Bengaluru. The Intensivist will be responsible for managing critically ill patients in the ICU, providing advanced medical care in disciplines such as pulmonology, anesthesiology, and critical care medicine. Daily responsibilities include performing patient assessments, monitoring treatment plans, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and making evidence-based decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires a high level of clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in high-stress environments to ensure the delivery of quality care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pulmonology, Medicine, and Anesthesiology
- Specialized skills in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities in high-stress clinical environments
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced medical degree (e.g., MD/DNB in Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine, or related specialization)
- Valid medical practice license in compliance with state regulatory requirements
- Prior experience in intensive care or critical care settings is highly preferred
