Job Description:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU with a focus on ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, and multi-organ support.
- Lead and coordinate the ICU team including residents, nurses, and support staff.
- Implement evidence-based protocols for patient management and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with other specialties for comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in training and mentoring of junior doctors and interns.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical acumen in critical care medicine.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make timely decisions.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Familiarity with ICU equipment and advanced life support techniques.
