Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intensive Care Nurse located at Shree Multi-Speciality Hospital in Mumbai. The Intensive Care Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill individuals, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medication and treatments, monitoring life-support equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires responsiveness to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Nursing and Critical Care Nursing to provide advanced medical care in an intensive care setting.
- Experience in Emergency Nursing and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to deliver precise and accurate patient treatments.
- Compassionate patient care approach combined with a strong understanding of medical ethics and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate with healthcare teams and engage with patients and their families.
- Active nursing license and relevant certifications in critical care or emergency nursing are required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications; advanced certifications (like CCRN) are a plus.
- Prior experience in an ICU or emergency care setting is highly desirable.
