Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intensive Care Nurse at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune. The role involves delivering acute patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), administering treatments and medications, monitoring vital signs, responding to medical emergencies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. The nurse will also provide comprehensive support and education to patients and their families while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
- Experience in Emergency Nursing and administering emergency care
- Expertise in general Nursing practices and medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to critical care and emergency treatment
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Current nursing license and certifications relevant to critical care
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
- Past experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting is preferred
