Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Intellimatch Consultant with strong expertise in Intellimatch Classic / Intellimatch NextGen to join a leading global organization. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in reconciliation platforms, SQL, and financial services, with the ability to work in Agile teams and support enterprise-scale implementations.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Intellimatch Classic and/or Intellimatch NextGen
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL
- Experience in SQL Performance Tuning
- Prior experience in the Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets domain
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with global teams
Good to Have
- Experience with Informatica or other ETL tools
- Experience with Autosys or scripting
- Exposure to reconciliation processes and financial data management
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Intellimatch Classic / NextGen reconciliation solutions.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6.5–11 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong functional understanding of reconciliation systems within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Self-driven professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and delivering quality solutions.
