IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress 2. Troubleshoot and fix website-related technical issues 3. Optimize website speed, security, and performance 4. Provide technical assistance to employees on software and system-related issues 5. Monitor and ensure cybersecurity best practices to protect company data 6. Assist in managing cloud storage, email systems, and IT infrastructure 7. Research and implement new tools or software to improve workflow efficiency 8. Set up and manage task tracking software to monitor team progress 9. Implement and maintain access control to ensure proper data security 10. Assist in setting up and managing user permissions and system access Requirements: 1. Prior experience in IT support, system administration, or website management is preferred 2. Experience with WordPress management including plugin updates, troubleshooting, and coding 3. Familiarity with access control systems, cybersecurity, and cloud-based tools 4. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick resolutions 5. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently 6. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
