- Engineering Degree
- Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow OTM/FSM/EAM/ITSM, ITIL or CMDB with experience on ServiceNow implementation for 4+ years
- Understanding how to utilize Asset Management skills across other departments such as reliability, inventory management.
- Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
- Experience creating and maintaining business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, and Flow Designer Flows.
- Significant experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Strong communication, Strong presentation, and writing skills
- Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow Operational Technology Module/ITAM/FSM/ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM application.
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules like Sec Ops, GRC etc.
- Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow like Business rules, script includes, UI actions, schedules jobs, etc.
- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs (Preferred)
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
