US IT Recruiter (NIGHT SHIFT)

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter (NIGHT SHIFT) to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals for our clients in the United States. This role will require working night shifts to align with the US time zone. Responsibilities: - Source and identify qualified IT candidates for open positions - Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and experience - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications - Negotiate offers and handle candidate onboarding - Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently during night shifts - Familiarity with US labor laws and hiring practices - Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms - Excellent time management and multitasking skills
