Kubernetes DevOps Engineer
Position Details
We are seeking a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain our AWS environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring the high availability and performance of our applications, and automating our operations processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using EKS, Kubernetes, containers, Terraform, ArgoCD, Istio and other relevant tools.
- Manage and optimize our AWS cloud environments hosting application built using Kubernetes, containers and hosted using EKS.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Work with team to troubleshoot and resolve issues on AWS networking and load balancers.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues in the development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure the highest possible availability and performance. Continuously improve our operations processes and automation.
- Troubleshoot issues in EKS, Kubernetes, containers, ArgoCD and work with developers to resolve them.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with EKS, Kubernetes, containers, Terraform, ArgoCD, Istio.
- 1-2 years of experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Upto 1 year of experience with AWS networking and load balancers
- Good understanding of software development and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in AWS cloud service troubleshooting.
