Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Intellectual Property (IP) Legal Intern to join our team for the month of May, 2026. As an IP legal intern, you will work closely with our legal team and gain hands-on experience in conducting IP research, drafting IP-related legal documents, and providing legal support for our IP operations. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent law school graduates with an interest in IP law to gain valuable legal experience and enhance their legal skills in the field of IP.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting IP research and analysis, including trademark searches.
• Drafting IP-related legal documents, including trademark applications, responses to office actions, examination responses, notice of oppositions, counter-statements, evidence affidavits and legal briefs for oral hearings.
• Writing IP law updates and blogs on latest IP topics and trends.
• Reviewing and analyzing IP-related legal documents, including licenses, agreements, and contracts
• Providing administrative support to the IP legal team

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a law school program or recent law school graduate
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with a focus on IP law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IP research tools and databases
