Position: Intellectual Property Attorney & Corporate Lawyer

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Intellectual Property Attorney & Corporate Lawyer who can handle IP protection, legal compliance, corporate documentation, and business legal matters. The candidate will be responsible for managing trademarks, copyrights, contracts, legal notices, company compliance, and providing legal support for clients and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Intellectual Property (IP) Responsibilities
- Handle Trademark, Copyright, and Intellectual Property registrations.
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing documentation.
- Draft and respond to legal notices related to IP infringement.
- Manage trademark objections, oppositions, and hearings.
- Coordinate with government authorities and legal bodies for registrations and compliance.
- Provide legal advice on brand protection and intellectual property rights.
Corporate Lawyer Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
- Handle company legal compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Assist in company incorporation, legal registrations, and regulatory documentation.
- Review business policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage client legal documentation and legal risk assessments.
- Support management with legal advisory related to business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- LLB / LLM degree from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws and Corporate Law.
- Experience in Trademark & Copyright filings.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple legal matters independently.
- Strong understanding of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with startups, branding agencies, or corporate firms.
- Knowledge of Company Registration, GST, and other legal compliances.
- Familiarity with legal research and compliance tools.
