We are looking for a hands-on Intellect Design Product Support Engineer with strong experience in digital banking environments. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, production support, and working on cutting-edge banking platforms, this role is for you.
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Location: Pune & Chennai
Key Skills Required :
- Hands-on experience in Intellect Design products support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to digital banking channels (Mobile Banking / Net Banking).
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.
- Experience in BFSI domain preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and integration issues.
- Monitor applications and ensure high availability of banking platforms.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
- Support digital banking channels (mobile/web platforms).
- Perform log analysis, database queries, and performance tuning.
- Participate in on-call support and 24x7 shift rotations.
