Job Title: Clinical Wellness Associate (Integrative Medicine)

Location: Prānaa – Centre of Excellence in Regenerative Medicine, Raipur

Reports To: Functional Medicine Expert / Medical Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a medically trained professional (Ayurveda / Homeopathy / MBBS / MD Medicine) to work as a Clinical Wellness Associate.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Patient consultation support
• Clinical understanding
• Therapy execution
• Operational coordination

You will act as a key interface between patients, doctors, and the Prānaa system.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 A. Patient Interaction & Clinical Guidance

• Conduct initial patient interaction and walkthrough of Prānaa facility
• Explain therapies, diagnostics, and treatment approach in simple terms
• Address medically relevant patient queries with clarity and confidence
• Support patient orientation and onboarding experience

🔹 B. Clinical Assessment & History Taking

• Conduct detailed patient history taking (digital format)
• Capture:
• Medical history
• Lifestyle patterns
• Symptoms and concerns
• Build structured patient profiles for review by the functional medicine expert
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all patient data

🔹 C. Therapy Execution & Floor Management

• Assist and conduct day-to-day therapies under medical supervision
• Support execution of:
• Energy-based therapies
• Wellness protocols
• Device-based treatments
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to SOPs
• Coordinate with therapists and operations team for smooth execution

🔹 D. Clinical Coordination & Treatment Support

• Work closely with functional medicine expert and other doctors
• Assist in translating treatment plans into actionable workflows
• Support patient scheduling, therapy planning, and follow-ups
• Act as a central point for clinical coordination

🔹 E. Digital Documentation & System Usage

• Maintain detailed patient records using Prānaa’s digital systems
• Upload, track, and update patient data, diagnostics, and notes
• Use structured formats for:
• History taking
• Treatment notes
• Follow-up tracking
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• BAMS (Ayurveda) / BHMS (Homeopathy) / MBBS / MD Medicine

Preferred

• Exposure to:
• Functional medicine
• Integrative medicine
• Wellness or anti-aging practices

Experience

• 1–5 years experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered)
• Clinical exposure preferred

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of human physiology and biochemistry
• Good communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to simplify medical concepts
• Structured thinking and documentation ability
• Comfort with technology and digital tools

Working Hours

11 AM – 7 PM

Monday – Saturday
