Role Summary:
The Integration/Sync Engineer designs, builds, and operates the live, bidirectional synchronization between the ERP and the Salesforce instances for the minimum 12-month period during which both systems remain active. This is an operational role focused on live service reliability rather than one-time transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure new or changed customer records pass through matching/dedup logic.
- Develop a comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategy to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution for the synchronization service.
- Collaborate with operations teams to define Support Model, create clear runbooks, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational readiness for the post-migration sync service.
- Operate and maintain the sync service post go live.
- Leverage AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection in sync patterns, and automated issue triaging.
- Support the eventual transition/handoff of the sync process to the Oracle ERP integration team.
- Ensure the sync process supports and reports on defined data quality KPIs.
Phased Deliverables:
- Phase 2 (Q4 2026): Build architecture to support ERP CRM synch.
- Phase 3 (Q1 27): Sync mechanism designed, built, and tested ahead of go-live.
- Phase 4 (from Apr 2027): Sync live in production, monitored, with defined incident response.
- Month 2–3 post go-live: Handoff plan and runbook delivered.
- Post go live : Sync operated and maintained; escalations resolved.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience Level: 6+ Years.
- Deep SFDC expertise and prior experience ERP (Oracle) integration
- Salesforce integration experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent
- Experience operating live, production data-synchronization services, including monitoring and incident response.
- Proven experience in managing mission-critical data services in a production environment.
- Comfortable working with matching/dedup logic designed by others and enforcing it within a live sync process.
- AI knowledge & focus (particularly applied to operational monitoring).
Nice to Have:
- Experience transitioning a project-built service into BAU/operational ownership.
