About the Role
As an ERP Integration Consultant, you will work on connecting procurement and accounts payable platforms with ERP systems using APIs, middleware tools, integrations, and data workflows.
You will collaborate with internal teams and enterprise stakeholders to configure integrations, resolve system issues, improve data flow accuracy, and support implementation activities across procurement and finance operations.
This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role combining technical implementation, systems integration, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Integration & Implementation
- Design, configure, and support integrations between procurement/AP platforms and ERP systems
- Work with APIs, middleware tools, flat-file transfers, and web services to enable seamless system connectivity
- Translate business requirements into technical integration workflows and data mappings
- Support implementation activities, integration testing, and deployment coordination
Troubleshooting & System Support
- Investigate and resolve transaction failures, sync issues, interface errors, and data mismatches
- Monitor integration workflows and improve system reliability and operational efficiency
- Work through technical documentation, system configurations, and interface-related issues independently
- Support ongoing change requests, enhancements, and integration improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with procurement, finance, ERP, and IT stakeholders across projects
- Support process optimization initiatives related to AP and procurement operations
- Document integration logic, workflows, exception handling, and support procedures
- Help improve reporting accuracy, controls, and data quality across connected systems
Preferred Background
- 5–10 years of experience in systems integration, application support, ERP implementation, or technical consulting roles
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ERP systems using APIs, middleware, or web services
- Strong understanding of procurement operations, accounts payable workflows, supplier data, or enterprise finance systems
- Experience with middleware platforms, data mapping, system interfaces, APIs, and workflow automation
- Exposure to procurement technology, finance systems, enterprise applications, or SaaS implementation environments preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote and fast-paced project environments
