SaaS Integration Manager – AP & Procurement Systems
Location: India
Velocity Procurement helps businesses improve how procurement and accounts payable data moves through their operations. We are hiring a SaaS Integration Manager – AP & Procurement Systems to connect procurement and AP platforms with ERP systems using middleware and API-based integrations.

What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and support integrations between AP/procurement SaaS tools and ERP platforms including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Coupa
- Use middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or Zapier alongside APIs and flat-file transfers to move data accurately across systems
- Translate business requirements into technical integration workflows, data mappings, and exception handling documentation
- Troubleshoot transaction failures, sync issues, and data mismatches across connected platforms
- Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams to support implementation, change requests, and ongoing system performance
- Improve process efficiency, controls, and data quality across AP and procurement operations
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in systems integration, application support, ERP implementation, or technical implementation
- Hands-on experience connecting SaaS applications to ERP platforms — NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of AP workflows, procure-to-pay (P2P), purchase orders, invoice processing, and master data management
- Experience with middleware tools, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data transformation
- Background in procurement technology, finance systems, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS implementation preferred
- Systems Integrator, ERP Consultant, Integration Engineer, AP Systems Analyst, Procurement Systems Manager, or Implementation Consultant with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
