Position: Integration Engineer
Job location: Remote Office,Delhi, India
Core Job Responsibilities
1. After-Sales Service: Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and closed-loop resolution of issues regarding integrated equipment within the Japan region; responsible for completing equipment acceptance procedures and ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
2. Project Logistics: Comprehensively coordinate project logistics support, including arranging accommodation for project personnel, as well as the procurement and management of materials and tools, thereby facilitating the smooth delivery of the project through collaborative efforts.
3. Project Implementation Support: When workload permits and upon mutual agreement, provide support for after-sales or implementation tasks within Japan or other regions; applicable allowances shall be disbursed in accordance with company standards, while bonuses shall be allocated by the Project Manager based on the actual amount distributed.
4. Pre-Project & Solution Design: Assist in conducting on-site surveys and requirements analysis to precisely define integration requirements; collaborate with the Solution Team to address on-site inquiries and conduct product demonstrations, thereby supporting the advancement of the preliminary solution design.

1.Academic and language qualification requirements
Education standard: Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above. There are no specific major restrictions, and candidates from various professional backgrounds are welcome to apply.
2. Language ability:
- Proficient in both Hindi and English , capable of seamlessly completing bilingual business communication, technical document translation, on-site customer liaison, and team collaboration;
