Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in implementing efficient and effective solutions. The role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives, guides the customer journey, and collaborates on designing functional and application solutions. This position ensures that the technology and business solutions align closely with the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and driving successful project outcomes across various engagements.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration processes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and methodologies to support complex system environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively to minimize downtime and impact.
- Familiarity with various integration tools and platforms to facilitate seamless connectivity between systems.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
