Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those needs into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s requirements is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and methodologies to support complex business environments.
- Experience in managing multi-vendor environments and coordinating service delivery across diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Skilled in driving transformation initiatives and aligning technology solutions with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable integration solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
