Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, assisting them in implementing effective and tailored solutions. The role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journey mapping, and functional or application design. This position ensures that both technology and business solutions align closely with the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes. Collaboration and continuous engagement with stakeholders are key aspects of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in managing end-to-end system integration projects.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
