Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, analyzing the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions accurately reflect business requirements is a key part of daily activities, along with engaging with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and validate requirements.
- Familiarity with system architecture and application design principles to support integration efforts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges across multiple teams and projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
