Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Integration analyst:
Key Responsibilities
System Integration & Design: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions to connect disparate systems (e.g., Loan IQ, CRM, Risk management platforms) to ensure seamless data flow.
Requirements Gathering: Define and document complex business and functional requirements, creating user stories for technology teams.
Client Onboarding (Prime/Wholesale): Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding for lending products, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Ensure data integrity in banking systems, analyzing critical data elements and data lineage, and conducting data reconciliation between upstream and downstream systems.
Testing & QA: Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that systems meet business specifications before deployment.
Process Improvement: Streamline lending processes to enhance operational efficiency, managing change through iterative development.
Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor integration processes and diagnose issues, acting as a point of escalation for technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of wholesale lending, syndicated lending, loan trading, or prime brokerage services.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, experience with API integration, ETL processes, and familiarity with Loan IQ or similar Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Analytical Ability: Strong ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into actionable functional specs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Competencies
Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Risk & Control Focus: Understanding of data governance, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Dodd-Frank, Fair Lending).
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, pressured, and global environments
