Role Description
We’re building the infrastructure that powers patient bookings for dental clinics across the U.S. & Canada — and right now, we need someone who can make our system bulletproof.
Every missed API call = a missed patient = lost revenue.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will own and improve the core integration layer between:
GoHighLevel (CRM)
NexHealth (API layer)
Dental PMS systems (Dentrix, OpenDental, etc.)
n8n
Your mission:
👉 Ensure every booked appointment reliably reaches the clinic’s PMS — no exceptions
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Build & maintain API integrations and webhook systems
Debug and fix appointment sync failures
Implement retry logic, queues, and failover systems
Create logging + monitoring systems (so nothing breaks silently)
Build reconciliation systems (GHL vs PMS data checks)
Optimize automation workflows (Make.com / n8n / Zapier)
Work closely with operations team to improve reliability
🛠️ Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, REST integrations
Hands-on with Make.com, n8n, Zapier or similar tools
Proficiency in Node.js or Python
Experience debugging real-world production issues
Understanding of:
Async workflows
Rate limits
Error handling
Idempotency
➕ Bonus (Huge Advantage)
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), N8N
Experience with NexHealth or healthcare APIs
Familiarity with Dentrix / OpenDental / PMS systems
Experience building queue systems (Redis, SQS, etc.)
Slack/webhook alert systems
