About The Job
Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services worldwide. We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX, and other regional and local regulations). Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world. To reach our goals we have organized our model around 7 main pillars:

Main Responsibilities
This role is a senior technical position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), with a strong focus on SAP Mass Ingestion (MI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI). This includes:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines using Informatica IICS, focusing on SAP MI and CDI to support both batch and real‑time data movements.
- Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into scalable, secure, and performant integration designs aligned with Opella architecture standards.
- Build advanced data mappings, transformations, data ingestion flows, and integration templates using IICS capabilities mainly related to CDI and MI and relevant connectors.
- Develop and optimize extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Implement reusable components, parameterized mappings, shared templates, and automation to accelerate integration delivery across projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, SAP functional teams, business analysts, and project teams to ensure solution completeness and alignment.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, data quality problems, and throughput bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict adherence to data governance, security standards, privacy requirements, and regulatory compliance (GxP, SoX, InfoSec).
- Support testing activities including FUT, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance tests, ensuring integration solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Document integration flows, technical specifications, transformation logic, operational procedures, and architectural diagrams.
- Participate in code reviews, promote development best practices, and ensure consistency across integration assets.
- Collaborate with platform teams to enhance monitoring, logging, observability, and proactive alerting for IICS integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and support capability uplift in modern data integration practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, pipeline optimization, and adoption of new IICS features and accelerators.
About You
Technical Background Required
- 7+ years of experience in data and application integration development, with at least 3 years specifically working with Informatica IICS (CDI, MI).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex interfaces using Informatica IICS, including mappings, advanced transformations, parameterization, and reusable components.
- Strong experience with SAP Mass Ingestion (MI) for extracting data.
- Expertise with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for building robust ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of SAP data structures, IDocs, BAPIs, and SAP integration patterns is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and data platforms (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses).
- Strong knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, certificates, key management), and connectivity standards.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD integration, Git-based development workflows, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated sectors or compliance-driven environments (GxP, SoX) is an advantage.
- Understanding of data modeling, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage tools.
