Job Description: Integration Developer (Ambient AI Scribe)
Location: On-site (Chennai, India)
Position Type: Contract / Temporary
Reports to: Technical Project Manager / Lead Architect
Role Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to lead the native integration of Augnito’s Omni AI Scribe within a large-scale Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between cutting-edge voice AI and clinical workflows, ensuring that AI-generated clinical notes flow seamlessly into the EMR's specific modules.

Key Responsibilities
• Integration Development: Design and develop robust, native integration points within the EMR using Angular (Front-end) and .NET Core (Back-end).
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to embed the Ambient AI Scribe into existing physician workflows (e.g., SOAP notes, discharge summaries) to minimize manual data entry.
• Data Management: Manage complex medical data structures using PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and data integrity for clinical records.
• API Implementation: Consume and extend Augnito’s APIs/SDKs to facilitate real-time audio streaming and structured note retrieval.
• On-site Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s IT and clinical teams at their Chennai premises to troubleshoot, test, and deploy the integration in a live hospital environment.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Front-end: 3+ years of experience in Angular (latest versions preferred), focusing on reactive forms and state management.
• Back-end: 3+ years of experience in C# / .NET Core, with expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Database: Proficiency in PostgreSQL (query optimization, schema design, and stored procedures).
• Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Prior experience developing or integrating modules for EMR (Electronic Medical Records), HIS (Hospital Information Systems), or other complex clinical applications.
Soft Skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing, on-site environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate legacy EMR codebases.
• Clear communication skills to translate technical requirements for non-technical hospital staff.
Deployment Details
• Base Location: Chennai (Client Premises). Candidates must be willing to work on-site daily.
• Duration: Temporary / Project-based (3 months).
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
