🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting complex Workday integrations, Extend applications, and Orchestrate solutions. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and performance-optimized integrations across enterprise systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and business teams to deliver Workday integration, Extend, and Orchestrate solutions
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using best practices
- Develop and support Workday Extend applications
- Build and optimize Workday Orchestrate workflows to automate business processes
- Implement secure SOAP & REST-based web service integrations within Workday
- Prepare technical design documents, test strategies, and release plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production issues
- Ensure solutions meet Workday standards for security, scalability, and performance
✅ Must-Have Experience & Skills
- hands-on experience configuring, developing, and testing on the Workday platform
- Strong experience with Workday Extend application development
- Expertise in SOAP & REST web services
- Proven experience in designing and securing Workday integrations
- Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate
- Experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer
- Strong skills in XML, XSLT, and data transformations
- Solid understanding of Workday’s Business Object Model (BOM)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
