Job Title: Amazon Connect L3 / Integration Developer

Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Amazon Connect L3 / Integration Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in AWS Connect and Node.js (Lambda).
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Design and support Amazon Connect contact flows & IVR
- Develop AWS Lambda (Node.js) for call handling and integrations
- Integrate with CRM (Salesforce) and AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Lex)
- Configure call routing, queues, prompts, recording, and reporting
- Implement Amazon Lex voice/chat bots
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability
- Work in Agile environment and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ensure data security compliance (PII/PCI)
Nice to Have:
- AWS Certification
- Experience with Amazon Q, CTI integrations, ITIL
Education:
- B.E / B.Sc / Diploma or equivalent
