Key Responsibilities
- Technical Development & Support
Develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support integration components within the organization’s middleware platform.
Build complex REST and SOAP APIs with IICS CAI, Service connectors, and integration tasks.
Ensure solutions are stable, efficient, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.
Enforce integration and development standards to ensure consistency, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Ensure API security, version control best practices, and compliance with internal frameworks.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve technical capabilities, and reduce cost.
Upgrade and enhance skills in alignment with updates in HYG’s middleware platform and integration technologies.
- Work Management & Collaboration
Collaborate with managers to prioritize work tasks and communicate progress effectively.
Provide mentoring and support to junior team members when assigned.
- Incident & Root Cause Analysis
Respond promptly during incident or crisis situations to resolve issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Suggest innovative and forward-looking ideas to enhance integration processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in technical development within integration or related domains.
- Must have at least 3 years of Informatica CAI AND CDI experience.
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Informatica Cloud and associated integration tools.
- Proficiency with XML, XSD, XPath, XQuery, and related transformation technologies.
- Solid understanding of ELT/ETL design patterns and integration best practices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, ODBC, JDBC.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, and messaging systems.
- Ability to develop secure integrations using certificates, keys, and tokens.
