About The Role
We're looking for a sharp, ownership-driven
Integration Developer / Program Analyst to join a fast-moving integration team that keeps enterprise systems talking to each other. If you thrive at the intersection of business logic and technical architecture — translating messy requirements into clean, reliable data flows — this role was built for you.
You'll work on meaningful integration challenges across the Microsoft stack, collaborate closely with both technical and business teams, and have real ownership over production systems.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server
- Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications and integration designs
- Document workflows, system interactions, and data transformation logic
- Build and maintain integrations handling EDI, XML, and JSON data formats
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues across environments
- Perform unit testing and support QA cycles end-to-end
- Monitor production integrations and drive fast incident resolution
- Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in integration development
- Strong, proven experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server
- Solid grasp of system integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and end-to-end data flows
- Experience working with EDI, XML, JSON transformations
- Ability to write clear, structured technical documentation from functional inputs
- Good instincts for testing — unit testing and QA support
- Strong communicator, comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps or other cloud-native integration platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure integration services
- Exposure to cloud migration of on-prem BizTalk solutions
