Job Title: General Manager / AGM – Integration
Reports To: Managing Director / CEO
Location: Deoghar / Jasidih, Jharkhand (with travel)
Experience: Minimum 8 years in poultry contract farming / broiler integration
Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month + company flat + four-wheeler
Role:
Will hold full command of the Integration Division. Entire contract broiler farming operation will function under his supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full control of Integration division — field teams, farmers, operations
- Manage farmer relationships, contracts, and payouts
- Supervise Area/Zonal Managers and field staff
- Coordinate with Feed Manufacturing and Depot divisions for supply
- Monitor FCR, livability, and broiler performance
- Own division P&L — cost control and margin
- Expand integration network into new territories
- Ensure compliance and bio-security standards
- Report performance and MIS to MD/CEO
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in poultry contract farming industry
- Strong knowledge of integration economics (FCR, settlements)
- Experience managing large field/farmer networks
- Good leadership and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel extensively
