About the role
Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, education, workforce development, counseling, public administration or related field preferred; 2-3 years experience in case management, adult education, workforce development, immigrant services, or related field preferred; experience with refugees and limited English proficient adults strongly preferred; Microsoft Office and case management database proficiency.
