This is a Work from Office opportunity based out of Andheri West, Mumbai. 5 days work week.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to create integrated 360-degree media plans for brands around films and entertainment properties. These plans should seamlessly incorporate channels such as OOH, DOOH, Programmatic, TV, Radio, Print, Digital, and On-Ground Activations to deliver maximum brand visibility and engagement.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and presenting these integrated brand partnership opportunities to leading corporate brands, tailoring each proposal to align with their marketing objectives and driving revenue for SkyBlue Cinematix.

Role Summary / Purpose
SkyBlue Cinematix is looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to lead
media-led brand integrations for films. The AGM – Media Sales, Planning & Buying will be responsible for conceptualizing and pitching
360° media solutions to corporate brands and agencies, driving partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of approved media plans across multiple platforms.

- Media Sales & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and onboard corporate brands and media agencies for film collaborations and integrations
- Pitch compelling 360° media solutions aligned with brand objectives and film properties
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CMOs, brand teams, and agency stakeholders
- Drive revenue through innovative media-led partnerships
- Conceptualize and develop robust, innovative, and ROI-driven 360° media plans
- Integrate multiple media channels including:
- Television
- Radio
- Print
- Digital & Social Media
- Influencer Marketing
- On-ground activations and experiential marketing
- Align media strategies with both brand goals and film marketing objectives
- Ensure plans are creative, scalable, and commercially viable
- Lead media buying efforts across platforms ensuring cost efficiency and maximum reach
- Negotiate with media vendors, partners, and platforms for optimal rates and placements
- Leverage industry relationships to unlock value-added opportunities
- Own end-to-end execution of approved media plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners for seamless rollout
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Ensure high-quality execution aligned with agreed objectives
- Track campaign performance metrics and ROI
- Provide post-campaign analysis and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Optimize ongoing campaigns based on data and market trends
- 5 plus years of experience in Media Sales, Media Planning, and Buying
- Strong exposure to integrated media campaigns (360°)
- Experience working with brands, media agencies, or entertainment/media industry preferred
- Proven ability to pitch and close high-value deals
- Strong network across media platforms and vendors
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
