</div><div><strong><br>The Opportunity</strong></div><div>This isn't a typical front desk job — it's the first step on a defined path to management at a growing martial arts and fitness brand. We promote from within: <strong>Front Desk → Assistant Manager → General Manager</strong>.</div><div>If you're driven, great with people, and want a real career (not just a shift), keep reading.</div><div><strong><br>What You'll Do</strong></div><div>
<strong>Member Experience</strong> Greet members and guests, build real relationships, and own the energy at the front desk. Handle scheduling, account questions, and anything that keeps members happy and engaged.</div><div>
<strong>Sales & Lead Conversion</strong> Respond fast to leads by phone, text, and email. Run facility tours, present our programs with confidence, and convert prospects into trial members — then trials into long-term members. Consistent follow-up is the job.</div><div>
<strong>Operations</strong> Keep the front desk and lobby sharp. Support opening and closing, process memberships and retail transactions accurately, and help with daily admin and reporting.</div><div><strong><br>Who We're Looking For</strong></div><ul>
