Job Title: Integrated Marketing Program Manager (GTM & Omnichannel Campaigns)

About the Role
We is looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Program Manager who can seamlessly blend strategy, execution, and client partnership across omnichannel marketing ecosystems. This role is ideal for professionals from agency or brand-side environments who have led end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and understand how to orchestrate campaigns across digital, on-ground, and commerce channels.
You will act as both a strategic program lead and a trusted client partner—ensuring campaigns are not only well-executed, but also deeply aligned to business outcomes and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Integrated Campaign Design
- Lead the development of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned to client and business objectives
- Translate briefs into insight-led, omnichannel campaign frameworks
- Define campaign architecture across audience, messaging, channels, and outcomes
2. Client Partnership & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary client interface for marketing programs and campaigns
- Build strong, trust-driven relationships through consistent engagement and value delivery
- Lead client discussions, presentations, and reviews with clarity and strategic depth
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance impact and engagement
3. Omnichannel Campaign Orchestration
- Design and integrate campaigns across:
- BTL activations & on-ground events
- Digital ecosystems (social, content, performance marketing)
- E-commerce, D2C, and Q-commerce platforms
- Ensure seamless customer experience and consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Align channel strategies to create a cohesive, high-impact campaign narrative
4. Program Management & Execution Leadership
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Maintain alignment between client expectations, strategy, and execution teams
- Manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to timelines and detail
5. Performance & Optimization
- Define success metrics and KPIs across channels
- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization
- Present structured reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to clients
6. Content & Communication Integration
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure:
- Strong, differentiated messaging
- Channel-relevant storytelling
- Drive consistency in brand voice and communication across all campaign elements
Key Requirements
Experience & Background
- 4–10 years of experience in:
- Integrated marketing / campaign management
- Client servicing / account management (preferred)
- Agency or brand-side roles (B2B or B2C)
- Demonstrated experience in managing omnichannel marketing programs
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including:
- Digital and social media ecosystems
- Performance marketing
- E-commerce, D2C, and Q-commerce platforms
- Experiential marketing
- Events and activations
- Ability to integrate multiple channels into a unified campaign strategy and execution plan
