Experience: 3-5 Years (Agency-side experience required)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Integrated Digital Producer to join our fast-paced agency in Bangalore. This is a shift-based role operating from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST, designed to mirror Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours and provide real-time support to our Australian operations.
In this role, you will function as a key support partner to an Australia-based Account Manager or Account Director, helping them deliver seamlessly across their key client accounts. You will be the essential bridge between creative, technical, and client teams — managing the end-to-end production of digital assets and campaigns across multiple channels and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Support
- Serve as the day-to-day production partner to an Australian-based Account Manager or Account Director, supporting their key client needs and ensuring smooth delivery across all active projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign priorities to anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Coordinate closely with the Australian account team during overlapping hours and ensure clear handovers and status updates at the close of each shift.
- Liaise directly with clients as needed to coordinate and deliver key deliverables as per scope.
Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ongoing digital campaigns from brief to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, flagging risks and dependencies early and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Creative Production
- Manage end-to-end creative production needs for clients across integrated campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate with creative teams (designers, copywriters, motion artists) to brief, review, and traffic creative assets across all required formats and channels.
- Oversee adaptation and resizing of creative assets for different platforms, placements, and markets — ensuring brand consistency throughout.
- Maintain clear creative production schedules and manage feedback loops between client, account, and creative teams to minimise revision cycles.
- Quality-check all creative outputs against brand guidelines, technical specifications, and platform requirements before delivery.
Cross-Channel Delivery
Manage production across a diverse range of digital channels, including:
◦ Website: Updates, maintenance, and new page builds.
◦ eDMs: Email Direct Marketing production and deployment.
◦ Social Media: Content production and campaign rollouts (paid and organic).
Project Management & Production Tools
- Own project tracking and workflow management using tools such as Asana, Teamwork, and Monday.com — ensuring all tasks, timelines, and deliverables are up to date and visible to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, production schedules, and status trackers for each client and campaign.
- Champion efficient production workflows and continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve turnaround times.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary production point of contact for the Australian account team, creative teams, development teams, and external vendors.
- Translate client needs and creative vision into clear, actionable technical specifications and production briefs.
Risk & Quality Assurance
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and perform correctly across devices and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience working within a creative, digital, or media agency environment. Internal client experience preferred.
- Proven track record in managing the production of large-scale, integrated digital campaigns across web, email, and social media.
- Demonstrated experience in creative production — managing asset creation, trafficking, and delivery across multiple campaign types.
- Strong proficiency in project management and production tools, specifically Asana, Teamwork, and/or Monday.com.
- Experience managing high-volume or complex projects for large, international, clients (experience with accounts similar to Unilever is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of digital production technologies, including CMS platforms, front-end web principles and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise confidently with Australian-based colleagues and clients in real time.
- Comfortable working a morning shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST) on a consistent basis in the office
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities independently with minimal supervision.
