ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Junior Integrated Campaign Designers (0–1 year experience) who are passionate about visual storytelling and digital design.
In this role, you will support the design and development of multi-channel marketing and advertising assets across digital, social media, motion, and video formats. You will collaborate with senior designers and global teams to deliver creative outputs aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career designers to gain exposure to integrated campaign design and global brand work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Execution
• Assist in translating campaign briefs into creative visual outputs
• Support senior designers in creating layouts, graphics, and visual assets
• Contribute ideas for campaign design concepts and creative directions
Multi-Channel Design Support
• Design and adapt assets for social media, digital ads, display banners, and web content
• Assist in creating static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video content
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and platform specifications
Collaboration
• Work closely with designers, creative leads, and cross-functional teams
• Participate in team discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine creative outputs
Quality & Design Standards
• Maintain high standards in layout, typography, color, and composition
• Ensure visual consistency across campaign assets
• Support the team in maintaining brand integrity across deliverables
Learning & Development
• Continuously learn new design tools, formats, and creative techniques
• Explore emerging creative trends, digital formats, and AI-assisted tools
• Build a strong design portfolio through real campaign work
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field
Creative Skills
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
• Passion for digital design, advertising, and visual storytelling
• Ability to translate ideas into visual concepts
Technical Skills
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Exposure to After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
• Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design tools
• Interest in exploring AI-powered design tools
Communication
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to understand creative briefs and follow instructions
• Willingness to present ideas and learn from feedback

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration mindset
GREAT TO HAVE
• Internship experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, social media creatives, or motion design
