JOB DUTIES:
Administrative responsibilities include:
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Cleaning
- Organizing
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting with opening or closing the clinic
- Navigating various emails to answer questions
- Attending outreach events
- Onboarding new staff and tracking training for staff
- Communicating with staff about completing tasks
- Assisting the clinic director in scheduling meetings
- Assist with outreach events at universities and other outreach opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Professionalism, organizational skills, honesty, ambition, personable and detail-oriented
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in business, early childhood, education, behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
- Proficiency with the Google platform
- Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history.
- Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced in work history.
Compensation Range: $15-18/hr
