About the role

1.Requirement Gathering & Analysis Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and needs. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility. 2. Documentation Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documents: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) User Stories and Use Cases Process Flow Diagrams Wireframes or Mockups (optional) 3. Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. Facilitate communication and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Manage expectations and gather feedback during development phases. 4. Process Mapping & Optimization Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes or new processes that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Support digital transformation or automation initiatives. 5. Solution Evaluation Work with development and QA teams to ensure the solution meets business needs. Participate in review sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives (in Agile environments). Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that the delivered solution aligns with requirements.
