Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intake Patient Coordinator located in Chandigarh, India. The Intake Patient Coordinator will perform tasks such as managing incoming patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating with medical staff, and verifying patient information. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers, and supporting the overall administrative operations of the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and understanding of medical documentation
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or a related field is an advantage
