Cloud Operations Monitoring Analyst

The Cloud Operations Monitoring Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and reliability of Insurity's cloud and customer environments. As a first line of support, the analyst actively monitors these systems to identify, manage, and resolve incidents promptly, adhering to strict service-level agreements (SLAs) and incident management protocols. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues raised by monitoring platforms, evolving and implementing monitoring solutions, and creating actionable reports and dashboards to track performance metrics. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
