<br>We are seeking motivated and reliable Outbound Call Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be contacting <strong>warm leads</strong>—individuals who have already expressed interest in obtaining health coverage and are waiting to be assisted. This is not cold calling.<br><br>

<li><strong>$15/hour base pay</strong></li>
<li><strong>$10–$15 per approved enrollment (commission)</strong></li>

<strong><br>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Make outbound calls to warm leads who have requested health coverage</li>
<li>Assist clients in selecting appropriate ACA health plans</li>
<li>Accurately document call outcomes and enrollments</li>
<li>Follow compliance guidelines and company scripts</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active <strong>Health Insurance License</strong> (Resident or Non-Resident) required</li>
<li>Must hold an active Health or Life & Health Insurance License in <strong>5+ states (required to apply)</strong>
</li>
<li>Previous ACA or health insurance sales experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound call environment</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems<br><br>
