You would be responsible for business development by attending customers who visit the branch or reach out to potential customers over call through the leads generated for closing sales of health, motor or life insurance product. Also, you would be responsible for attending customers who reach out to branch for any service related queries like endorsement, claims, etc. and assist them by routing their requirement to customer service team.
