Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Insurance Verification Agent with a background in
US Dental Billing. This is a
client-facing role, requiring professionals who can confidently communicate with US clients and insurance providers while ensuring accurate verification and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance providers
- Perform detailed insurance breakdowns for dental procedures
- Communicate with insurance companies and clients to obtain accurate and updated information
- Handle client interactions professionally and maintain strong communication standards
- Maintain proper documentation and records of verification activities
- Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free verification processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to support billing and claims processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in US Dental Billing and/or Insurance Verification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory for client-facing role)
- Strong ability to interact with US-based clients and insurance representatives
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in night shifts (US time zones)
- Proficiency in handling insurance portals and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dental billing software or PMS systems
- Familiarity with US healthcare compliance and insurance guidelines
