We are looking for a Insurance Operations for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into property and casualty insurance,any general insurance,motor insurance,liability.

Job description:-
- Process new business insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Support underwriting teams by reviewing documents and verifying policy information.
- Coordinate with agents, brokers, customers, and internal departments regarding policy issuance and servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, premiums, and customer information.
- Assist in claims administration by collecting documentation and tracking claim status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Handle customer queries related to policy coverage, billing, renewals, and claims.
- Monitor premium collections and follow up on pending payments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Use insurance management systems and CRM tools for daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Knowledge of P&C insurance products such as property, liability, motor, fire, marine, or commercial insurance.
- Understanding of underwriting and claims processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance software platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in insurance or risk management.
- Experience with policy administration systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and insurance documentation standards.
